Eat at California Tortilla on July 8
California Tortilla has agreed to donate 25% of their proceeds to our neighborhood swim team on Tuesday, July 8th from 5:00 to 8:00pm. All you have to say is "Barracudas Rock" when you order your dinner. So, if you do not feel like cooking and want to help out the neighborhood kids, please eat at "CAL TOR" this Tuesday!

Townhome Basketball Court
The Board has received numerous complaints about problems relating to the basketball court in the townhome section of the community. Concerns range from playing/dribbling the ball late into the night, foul language, and littering. Signs will be posted stating that the court is closed from 9PM to 10AM daily. The sign will also state the rules of the court.
We are requesting that all parents whose children use the basketball court to talk with them about the rules and ask them to use the trashcan which the association had installed last year.
If there is not a marked improvementof the noise late at night, foul language, and littering, then the residents who complained have been advised that if they were to start a petition and obtain a majority of the homeowner’s signatures from sections 2 and 3 of the community, then the basketball hoops will be removed.
