Party Recap -- A great time!
Thank you to all who attended this years pool party, barbeque and childrens book drive. The weather was awesome and much fun was had by all who attended. Many thanks to those who volunteered to help make this event a success and to those who brought a side dish and childrens book.

The kids absolutely loved the moon bounce and they all flocked to Celia Kibler of FunFit who provided hours of facepainting for the community children. Celia donated a portion of her time for free to the community and it is much appreciated. If anyone is intersted in contacting Celia of Funfit, Inc. (Founder/President) for a childrens party she can be reached at 888-8-FUNFIT or 301-922-2164.
New Development Across Bowie Mill Road
Those of you who have lived here a while may remember considerable controversy of the development of a 32 acre site on Bowie Mill Road, near Daly Manor Place and Darnell Drive. There is now another attempt to rezone it for an increased number of housing units. You can keep up with what's going on at the new Olney Coalition website, or read background info at the old site, www.OlneyCoalition.org.
Website to check your Norbeck Grove account
You can now check your Norbeck Grove assessment account and architectural history through a website from the Management Group.

Members are welcome to post about social and sports events, business opportunities, items for sale, lost and found, or anything else related to the community. Recents posts have included Redskins tickets for sale, a question about bees, carpools, smoke alarms in the townhomes, recommendations for a handyman, what's going on with the development behind us, and concern about a suspicious vehicle in the neighborhood.
Currently about a third of our neighbors participate. Please join us! [Note: our group is for Norbeck Grove residents only.]
